Here are the two templates discussed in the Instagram post today.
The Simple scenario template is designed for scenarios that do not have a use of force, more than one or two roleplayers, and do not have require special equipment or location security.
The Complex scenario template is for everything else. If you have multiple roleplayers, a complex environment, special equipment or locations, and need more personnel to execute the scenario.
In each case, there needs to be a rubric developed, regardless of complexity. Not only does it provide consistency between instructors, but it also provides consistency between participants and objectivity.

Like all things, these become part of your scenario documentation and part of the discoverable elements of training. When you put your training through maintenance, make sure you do not overwrite the original scenarios, but create new versions and preserve the last ones used.
