We have added a new service where we review courses for law enforcement instructors and training organizations.
Taking a page from my years as a freelance graphic designer, I developed a "Scope of work performed" matrix to help my Instructional Design team set boundaries and expectations for projects. I use what I call the "Produce, Design, Create" model.
Reform in law enforcement training doesn't necessarily mean we have to reinvent all training, something as simple as changing the order of when we deliver content and adding more practical exercises to reinforce new concepts may be able to do it.
