Learning Transfer Evaluation Model Gold Certification

LETnEC completed the Learning Transfer Evaluation Model (LTEM) Bootcamp last year and received Gold Certification. Gold Certification requires an intense study and practical application of LETM – it is more than a 10 question multiple-choice quiz.

LTEM is a training evaluation model that competes with Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels of Evaluation. For law enforcement training, LTEM is far more effective and appropriate measure of evaluating training impact and efficacy.
