We have added a new service where we review courses for law enforcement instructors and training organizations. All review recommendations will meet the IADLEST NCP standard for approval. However, our reviews will also include the basic grammar and typographic, but we also review for training case law considerations, learning science application, and general design and development of the course.
How do we determine which employees we observe and analyze for creating training? I submit that we are doing it wrong if we are analyzing and basing our training on top performers. Here's why.
